Mazda Philippines Warehouse and Technical Training Facility (Cabuyao, Laguna)
Mazda warehouse

A 2.5 hectare area in Cabuyao, Laguna will house Mazda’s latest facility in the Philippines: a Technical Training Facility and a Vehicle Warehouse with a capacity of 1,000 cars. Additionally, the infrastructure will be a 100% green facility due to the incorporation of solar power technology. The 250Mio project is set to be completed by late 2019 and will serve as a landmark in Cabuyao.

De La Salle University - Manila (Taft Avenue, Manila)

One of the most remarkable infrastructure buildings and facilities in Manila are of those of The De La Salle University Manila Campus. Facilities being renovated and upgraded under ERBMSI management are the University’s New Retreat Center; DLSU’s Athlete Dormitory; and the Southgate Main Entrance.

De La Salle University – Science and Technology Complex (Biñan City, Laguna)

The De La Salle University- Science and Technology Complex (DLS-STC) in Biñan City, Laguna is the largest DLSU campus with a 50-hectare area. The property is undergoing master-planning and facility modernization to cope with the high demand of the DLSU community to be the model of an ideal university campus. New buildings, other network and utility facilities are in the completion stages to serve the full requirement of DLSU in the years to come.

De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde (Antipolo City, Rizal)

The De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) is equally aggressive in transforming and modernizing their campus facilities expanding to different areas in the metropolis. One example is the campus of La Salle College Antipolo will now be formally managed by DLS-CSB. The campus will offer new courses such as HRM, Accounting, Arts and Sciences to cater students living in the east of Metro Manila. Its floor area is around 10,000sqm and will serve as a landmark in the City of Antipolo.

Richmond Plaza (San Pedro, Laguna)

This on-going PHP800Mio project construction of a medium-rise business establishment is located in San Pedro, Laguna. The modern design of all-glass building facility has more than 26,000 sqm floor area to house different business offices, malls, restaurants, BPO headquarters, and other commercial areas. The facility will be equipped with 100% back-up power and service utilities. Once completed, the building will be managed by Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) Properties. Its presence will bring prestige and spark progress to the business center of San Pedro.

Bangko Sentral Main Complex (Pasay City)

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas main complex is a well-known institution in Manila. It has undergone modernization of the 40-year old facilities. The main complex previously houses the Cash Management Center where E. Rodriguez’s then project team led its transfer to the Security Plant Complex and to save cost on BSP’s cash operations and distribution.

Bangko Sentral Security Plant Complex (Quezon City)

The Security Plant Complex (SPC) is the center of BSP – Master Plan program led by a group of experts in the field of engineering, architecture, and operations. E. Rodriguez led a team to implement the 5-year Master Plan Project. The 5.7 hectare SPC facility with an estimated 82,000sqm floor area is the manufacturing facility of Philippine banknotes, coins and gold bars.

Philippine International Convention Center (PICC)

The PICC is a landmark infrastructure in the Philippines. The convention center has undergone modernization programs in 2000-2005 to address the increasing demand for the use of the facility. Majority of the connecting buildings of the complex were rehabilitated under the supervision of E. Rodriguez.

Sweet Crystals Sugar mill Plant (Porac, Pampanga)

This modern sugar mill plant replaced the PASUDECO Mill plant in San Fernando Pampanga. A high-volume, high-capacity modern mill plant now located in Porac, Pampanga. This facility supplies sugar to Coca-Cola, Alaska Milk Corporation, Nestle, Universal Robina and similar food manufacturing plants.

The Coca-Cola Super Plant in Sta. Rosa Laguna is considered to be the largest one in Asia & Europe. The 34-hectare complex houses two plants procuring all its line of products from bottles to non-returnable cans and plastics in all sizes. It is self-sufficient and also has a co-generation plant facility to power requirements of the two plants. It is one of the most modern Coca-Cola plants with the highest capacity of production lines.

Cardinal Santos Medical Center (San Juan City)

The Cardinal Santos Medical Center (CSMC) is one of the pioneer members of the Metro Pacific Group of Hospitals. It has a 300 bed capacity with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. It is a pioneer in Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) as part of its expertise and services. CSMC is one of the top and reliable tertiary hospitals in the country.

Manila Med / Medical Center Manila (Manila City)

The Manila Med or Medical Center Manila is one of the pioneer hospitals in the Metro. Well-known and expert doctors from diverse backgrounds are part of the Manila Med group. This 22,000sqm facility was improved and developed in 2014-2015 under E. Rodriguez’s supervision. Contemporary facilities and equipment are now in place to complement top-notch medical experts.

Fe Del Mundo Medical Center (Quezon City)

The FDMMC hospital is a 60-year old facility which has undergone forward transformation through E. Rodriguez’s leadership in project management. The hospital is known for pediatrics, surgical service, and maternal care. The newly-renovated hospital is a landmark building in Banaue, Quezon City, managed by the Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc. (MGHI) under UNILAB.

VRP Medical Center (Mandaluyong City)

The VRP Medical Center is formerly known as Polymedic Hospital. The complete renovation and modernization took place in 2014-2016 under E. Rodriguez’s management. This is one of the most up-to-date hospitals in the MGHI group that caters to all types of clientele in Mandaluyong City. VRP also houses diversified ancillary services and has an expansion program which extends to an increasing patronage and patient partnership.
